With a Masters Degree in Organisational Coaching from The University of Sydney, I've been a big fan of solution focus and so I have been using it in both coaching and training over the last few years. My experience has moved along a communication trajectory over the past 30 plus years, which includes being a trained English teacher as well. I have similarly been a corporate trainer, and enjoy switching between teaching/training and helping others.
